The famous Reality TV star/Instagram Queen Kylie Jenner, with a almost 197 million followers (as at 1st oct 2020) in one of her recent Instagram posts made what was considered a remarkable move in the bid to get the masses to register to vote.
Kylie Jenner posted a thirsty picture of herself in a bathing suit photo shoot taunting her fans to register to vote, with the captioned “but are you registered to vote? click the link in my bio.. let’s make plan to vote together 💗💗”
She included the link for registration on her bio and the magic that followed was unheard off.

The online voter registration and verification tool was said to have experienced a massive surge in use after Kylie Jenner endorsed it on her page, a spokesperson told The Hill. It had a whopping 1,500% increase in users over the previous day after Jenner posted.
According to HuffPost the Vote.org CEO Andrea Hailey said in a statement that “Following Kylie Jenner’s Instagram post, the surge in interactions with Vote.org’s registration verification tool speaks to an energy among young Americans who want to make sure their voices are heard this election.”
“By making voting easier, and in turn, getting more people to vote, we create a stronger, more representative democracy,” she added.
Jenner’s older sister Khloe Kardashian said that she registered in response to her post, as did many others.
