How to Make Money from YouTube Videos
To make money on youtube through your videos, there are certain critarials that they will have to meet.
According to YouTube for any channel to be approved for the YouTube Partner Program (Monetization), the channel must have the following;
- The channel must have up to 1000 subscribers
- The combined views on your video’s must be up to 4000 hours for the last 12 months
- Your must activate 2-Step Varication for your account
- Your channel not have any active community guidelines strike
As long as your channel meets all this requirements, your channel could be approved.
I used the word “could” because, even if you meet all this requirements, if the YouTube team believes that your video’s are not original work but rather a reused content, they can potentially reject your application for monetization.
In such cases, all you need to do is to check your videos and delete anyone you know that you did not create originally and then re apply again.
