Rubi Rose is an Eritrean-American rapper, songwriter, model, and social media influencer. She was born Rubi Rose Benton on October 2, 1997, in Lexington, Kentucky, and was raised there by her mother, Nardos Ghebrelul, who is an Eritrean immigrant.

She studied politics at Georgia State University. She first gained fame as the main model for the hip-hop group Migos’ music video for the single “Bad and Boujee”.
