The rapper turned business mogul, Jay-Z has announced he is launching yet another business. His first Cannabis brand.
It was made known recently on Friday that the Tidal boss and Beyonces husband was moving to cash in further in the Cannabis industry.
Jay-Z who had in a previous deal teamed up with a California bases Cannabis company Caliva as chief brand strategist, has now decided to launch his own.
The new enterprise is known as Monogram, and according to the press release the products will be made available “through a best in class e-commerce platform dedicated exclusively to its singular product line”
According to the ROC Nation hip hop billionaire, the line of products “seeks to redefine what cannabis means to consumers today” by ensuring a “careful strain selection, meticulous cultivation practices and uncompromising quality.”
Other business endeavors that JAY-Z has created include the streaming service Tidal, as well as his entertainment company Roc Nation.
Jay is known to a savvy when it comes to making money and business deals, as he made known one time that he is not a businessman but rather he is a business.
Hova, as some of his fans know him as , also has business partnerships with liquor brands like Armand de Brignac and D’Usse.
He is also known to have a stake in the ride hailing company Uber.
